In compliance with related laws and regulations, in-house personnel focus on planning and management of matters for quality assurance in Japan and overseas while outsourcing lots of practical work to CROs*.

LTL Pharma does not own in-house manufacturing facilities and entrusts the production of all products to CMOs*. In cooperation with them, LTL Pharma also works on double-sourcing of active pharmaceutical ingredients as well as maintenance of production equipment. LTL Pharma makes efforts to ensure a stable supply of products.

Activities of LTL Pharma Sales forces are focused on collecting and providing information on safety and quality. None of them contacts healthcare professionals for the purpose of marketing and promotion of products. They encourage proper use of products through collection and provision of scientific information.
Extensive areas are covered by a minimum number of MRs required, and medical institutions located across Japan are visited by them. Activating the call center for a primary contact, LTL Pharma secures that a request by a medical professional is addressed in a timely manner.
